Purchasing, from request to ledger

A kitchen raises a demand for what it needs — items and quantities, no prices yet. That converts into a purchase order against a vendor with pricing filled in, receives against stock, and posts the payable to that vendor's ledger. Cost of goods is then drawn from actual purchase tiers as stock is consumed, so your margins reflect what you genuinely paid.
